Learn to Crochet a Scarf Class (2 parts)

Learn to crochet while making our Beginner Crochet Scarf! This in-person class will start from the beginning of how to crochet while students are making a usable project, allowing stitchers to feel successful from the crochet get-go. Over the course of two sessions using the Beginner Crochet Scarf Kit, students will learn all of the skills needed to make a wide-striped, cozy scarf.
In this class we'll cover:
- Read a crochet pattern
- Chain stitch
- Half-double crochet
- Join a new color to make stripes
- Fasten off
- Attach fringe
- Weave in ends
SKILL REQUIREMENTS: No previous crochet knowledge required!
Date: This is a two-part workshop taking place on Wednesday 10/11 and Wednesday 10/18, from 12pm-2pm (students must be available for both sessions).

What's included: Four hours of in-person instruction, plus video links for at-home support. The Beginner Crochet Scarf Kit must be purchased separately (so you can choose yarn colors.)
