Are deliveries delayed?
Due to the challenges posed by the current global COVID-19 situation, some shipments have been delayed or refused before delivery. Please check the tracking information provided at the time of shipment and THANK YOU for your patience and understanding!
How can I get help with my subscription?
E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions pertaining to your subscription. Please note that regular Customer Service Hours are between 9am-6pmCT, M-F. However, regardless of when you reach out, please allow 24 hours for a response.
When will my card be charged for the month?
If you chose the monthly option, your card will be charged on the 6th of each month.
When do boxes ship?
Boxes ship between the 6-8th of each month. Weekends and holidays can delay shipment.
If I was gifted a box and would now like to subscribe, what do I do, especially if the site says you're sold out?
