  • Are deliveries delayed?

    Due to the challenges posed by the current global COVID-19 situation, some shipments have been delayed or refused before delivery. Please check the tracking information provided at the time of shipment and THANK YOU for your patience and understanding!

  • Do you reveal what is going to be in the next month’s box?

    Yes, reveals are done on the 3rd of each month on the Vickie Howell Facebook page.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do! Please note that YarnYAY! Is not responsible for any additional charges encountered as packages move through customs.

  • When will my subscription pack ship?

    All subscriptions ship between the 7th - 10th of each month.

  • When will my shop order be shipped?

    Currently, all shop orders are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays. You will receive tracking information once it ships.

  • When will I be charged for my subscription?

    All Subscriptions automatically renew on the 6th of the month. If you have a monthly subscription, you will be billed each month on the 6th. If you have a multi-month subscription, you will still be billed on the 6th of the month but it will be every 3,6, or 12 months depending on the type of subscription you have.

  • Will my subscription automatically renew?

    Yes, all subscriptions, except gift subscriptions, automatically renew at the end of your subscription.

  • Do gift subscriptions automatically renew?

    No, gift subscriptions are a one-time-only purchase and do not renew.

  • Do you send tracking for my shipment?

    Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please note that it may take a day or two for the tracking information to populate once we’ve printed your mailing label.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Due to COVID-19 shipping times can vary widely. We do provide tracking once a product has been shipped and that will be the most reliable information regarding when you package will arrive.

  • Can I skip a month?

    Yes, you can. However, you must skip by 10:00 pm CT on the 4th of the month to guarantee that you won’t be charged for or receive the subscription pack in question.

  • How do I update my shipping address or credit card information?

    Simply log into your account by clicking here, and update your address. This must be done by 10:00 pm CT on the 4th of the month to prevent shipping issues. If you’re having trouble, you can email support@yarnyay.com for help.

  • Do you take returns?

    Currently, we do not take returns on monthly subscriptions or shop purchases unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. However, there is a YarnYAY! Buy/Sell/Trade Facebook group set up should you wish to use it for this purpose.

  • Have a question or need a little help?

    Our support hours are Monday - Friday from 10AM - 5PM CT. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response.

  • How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription entirely?

    Login to your account and choose either the "skip" or "cancel" option. Please note that this MUST occur before 10:00 pm CT on the 4th of the month to be applied to the current month's subscription. If you need any further assistance, please email support@yarnyay.com
