  • Are deliveries delayed?

    Due to the challenges posed by the current global COVID-19 situation, some shipments have been delayed or refused before delivery. Please check the tracking information provided at the time of shipment and THANK YOU for your patience and understanding!

  • How can I get help with my subscription?

    E-mail for any questions pertaining to your subscription. Please note that regular Customer Service Hours are between 9am-6pmCT, M-F. However, regardless of when you reach out, please allow 24 hours for a response.

  • When will my card be charged for the month?

    If you chose the monthly option, your card will be charged on the 6th of each month.

  • When do boxes ship?

    Boxes ship between the 6-8th of each month. Weekends and holidays can delay shipment.

  • If I was gifted a box and would now like to subscribe, what do I do, especially if the site says you're sold out?
