    Each box comes with a bite-sized portions of mid-range to high-end yarns handpicked by Vickie, accompanying knitting and crochet patterns, and other fun stitch-related supplies. Sourced from other independent small businesses where possible.

  • When does my order ship?

    YarnYay! Boxes for existing subscribers ship between the 6th-8th of every month. New subscribers' boxes will ship within 48 hours of the day they order. Please note that it typically takes 48 hours for an order to process in our system. Order and tracking information will be sent out as soon as it is available. You can always reach out to with additional questions.

  • How do terms work?

    First select your term between one, three, six and 12-month renewals. Renewals will be billed on the 6th of the month according to the terms of your initial purchase. For example, one-month subscriptions will be re-billed on the 6th every month, three-month subscriptions will be re-billed on the 6th every three months and so forth.

  • Does my box include the products I see in photos on your website?

    The photos on the website, and products in the photos, are used for promotional purposes only. The actual box a customer receives each month will include different products, respectively. Unboxings are done live on Vickie Howell’s Facebook page on the 8th of every month and are also posted on this site. Alternatively, you can check out @vickiehowell on Instagram to see past boxes.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We charge a $10 flat rate for international shipping. All packages shipping internationally can take up to 14 days for delivery. Additionally, currency exchange rates between USD and your country may apply. Please note that this rate DOES NOT include any customs costs on the receiving country's end. We've also found some countries take longer than 14 business days to ship to; examples include but aren't limited to Denmark and Saudi Arabia.

  • Do you sell to everyone?

    We sell to everyone and appreciate all of our customers more than you guys know. You make our jobs worth it! However, we do reserve the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason.

  • How do I skip a box?

    Skipping is easy! Simply login to your account and click "edit" under your subscription's information bar. You'll immediately see a "skip" button at the top of this page. Please be sure to do this by end of day on the 4th of the month or you will not be able to skip the month.

  • How do gifts work?

    Your gift recipient will receive the month you order. EX: If you order August 30, your giftee will receive the August box.

  • How do I cancel my account?

    Wile we'd hate to see you leave, you can easily cancel your account via your personal account or, you can email and a member of our support team will be happy to help you. Please note, the current month's shipment can only be canceled up until the end of day on the 4th of each month. If you cancel after the 5th, you will be billed for, and receive, the current month's box and your account will then be closed.

  • Do you take returns?

    At this time, we do not take returns on merchandise unless there is a manufacturer's defect or issue of that nature. MULTI-MONTH: 3, 6 or 12-Month Subscription Plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-term. You are able to opt-out of auto-renewal within your account setting or by reaching out to MONTHLY: If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box (which happens on the 6th of the month), your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
